More than 25 years ago while managing an employment agency, I was tasked
with finding a larger office space. I found it – new and completely empty.
I drew a floor plan, made a materials list and with the help of another of my employees we put up the walls, finished them, painted them ourselves and I decorated the office. That Christmas in our gift exchange the agency owner
gave me a card and on it were these words, "Sorry I couldn't get you what you wanted, a blank wall and a hundred dollars to decorate it."
He may have been the first to recognize where my true passion lay. I went on
to a successful career in marketing and advertising. All along the way that true
passion kept bubbling up. My redesign and decorating journey led me to retail boutique design and to renovate a number of homes. Friends and relatives called when they needed help with a DIY tile job or an objective and creative eye to
solve a decorating or space problem.
In the early years of my marriage, my husband would go hunting for a week and
that was my time to tear the house up, paint and redecorate. He had to make
sure he came home in the daytime or he would stumble over furniture I had rearranged in his absence. The true passion continued to bubble under the surface.
Finally, it could no longer be ignored. I applied and made it to the semi-final round
of the Domestic Diva television show. Now, as a professional accredited home
stager I'm experiencing that passion full-time with Smart Staging. As a native of St. Petersburg and the Tampa Bay area I know what buyers want in their Florida homes.
I'm truly passionate about helping homeowners create a better living design and higher home values in everything from one bedroom condominiums to five million

2. We do what we say we will do. - Each client will receive a pledge to complete their project on-time and

- Staging preparation with an exhaustive home evaluation.
- A comprehensive plan that improves the flow and feel of the home including lay-outs, list of services to be provided; trades, materials and resources required, budget and timeline.
- Client input and approval of plan before start of project and for any changes affecting timeline or budget as project progresses.
- Utilization of reliable, well-vetted tradespeople that exhibit the characteristics of sense-of-urgency, best industry practices and high quality workmanship.
3. Return on Investment - We pledge to develop and execute staging projects that will deliver a return on
investment with three strong elements.
a. Education of each client throughout the process so they realize the valuable impact of flow and
